Eunimos Investments Limited was established in 2019 in Mansa, Northern Province, with a focus on food processing and production. The company produces Riverland Cereal, a nutritious soy porridge made from soya beans and fish supplements.

The company needed to enhance quality control and scale production to meet growing demand for nutritious food options in the Zambian market while maintaining high standards.
