Focus: Supplier Development, Capacity Building, Working Capital Solutions, Mining Value Chain Integration
Prospero partners with stakeholders in the mining procurement landscape to explore unique opportunities and challenges that require suppliers to adapt and thrive in a competitive environment. Through our comprehensive Supplier Development Programme, we strengthen SME capabilities using two key interventions: capacity building through the Nyamuka-SDP Curriculum, and access to innovative working capital solutions via the Nyamuka Dynamic Working Capital Facility.
Real Impact: Suppliers in our programme have increased their contract fulfillment rates by over 60% and expanded their operations to serve multiple mining companies, creating hundreds of jobs in local communities.
