Coordinated Cluster Farming Model
The Coordinated Cluster Farming Model is an initiative aimed at scaling up food production with a view of offering a sustainable solution towards actualizing Zambia's aspiration as a regional food basket. The Pilot was designed with the view to bridge farming practices gaps between commercial farmers and smallholder/emergent farmers in Zambia.
Prospero seeks to partner with like-minds to establish clusters across the country. Our services are targeted at coordinating the small holder farmers in a manner that allows for a seamless partnership with the anchor farmers aimed at achieving agreed objectives of the cluster.

Prospero partners with stakeholders in the mining procurement landscape to explore unique opportunities and challenges that require suppliers to adapt and thrive in a competitive environment. Through our comprehensive Supplier Development Programme, we strengthen SME capabilities using two key interventions: capacity building through the Nyamuka-SDP Curriculum, and access to innovative working capital solutions via the Nyamuka Dynamic Working Capital Facility.
Real Impact: Suppliers in our programme have increased their contract fulfillment rates by over 60% and expanded their operations to serve multiple mining companies, creating hundreds of jobs in local communities.
